About Selina Sisters
Selina Sisters is an e-commerce website, approved for FA-tax with VAT registration number SE860322010701. Our mailing address is Importgatan, 422 46 Gothenburg, Sweden.

Order
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details regarding products, prices, invoice, and delivery address.
If there are any errors in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via email at kundservice@selinasisters.se. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct name and address for delivery to occur.

Delivery
Our standard delivery times are 1-3 days within Sweden. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the following Monday.
The flat-rate shipping fee within Sweden is at least 49 SEK, or more if you choose an alternative shipping method. For purchases over 500 SEK, shipping is free. However, please note that if a return causes the total purchase amount to fall below 500 SEK, a shipping fee of 49 SEK will be charged. Orders are shipped with PostNord, DHL, or Schenker.
When the package arrives at the pickup location, a notification will be sent via post/email/SMS to the mobile number you provided at checkout, and the package will be available for 14 days from the arrival date.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
If there are delays in delivery (without prior notification of an extended delivery time), please contact us at kundservice@selinasisters.se.
For unclaimed orders, a fee of 150 SEK will be charged to the customer.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If the delivery is returned due to an incorrect address or if the customer’s name is not on the mailbox and c/o is not specified, the customer will need to pay a new shipping fee for a second delivery attempt.

Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT; for books, 6% VAT is included.
The online store has a currency conversion feature. This is only an estimate of the price in other currencies. The final amount is in SEK.
We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust prices.
When paying by card, the amount for each order will only be reserved on the customer's card and will only be charged when the order is ready to be shipped.

Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a 30-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the time you have received a product you ordered.

5.1 When you exercise your right of withdrawal:
You must inform us that you have changed your mind. You can do this by using the return form here. When you notify us, you will receive a return label via email that you print out and attach to the package you are returning. You will also receive a QR code that you can show to the postal agent, who can then print the return label for you.

You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 30 days after notifying us of your right of withdrawal.
The cost of the return shipment is always 49 SEK. You are responsible for the delivery and shipping of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
For the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation in relation to the original value of the product if the product is used or damaged.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken by you.
Products that are sealed sound or video recordings, and where the seal has been broken by you.
Customized products that have been specifically tailored for you or with a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
Services that have been performed, where you have explicitly consented to the service commencing without a right of withdrawal.
Goods that may quickly deteriorate, such as food.
Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

Complaints and Claims
We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we commit to rectifying the error at no cost in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Returns should always be made with the return label you receive from us by emailing kundservice@selinasisters.se. For other returns, we reserve the right not to refund the cost of the return shipment.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.

6.1 How to proceed with a complaint?
Any defects must always be reported via a return request where you provide your email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
If we cannot rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return cost for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In complaints, we follow the guidelines from the General Complaints Board (ARN), see arn.se.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the product.
We are not liable for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or interrupted deliveries from the supplier.
Furthermore, we are not responsible for any changes to products/product features made by the respective supplier or other factors beyond our control.

Product Information
We reserve the right to any typographical errors on this website as well as sold-out products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the appearance of the products, as there may be some color variations depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.

According to the Electronic Information Act, visitors to a website must be informed about the use of cookies for privacy reasons. The information in the cookie may be used to track a user's web browsing. Selina Sisters is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to manage your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotions – to customize marketing.
