Our standard delivery times are 1-3 business days within Sweden. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the following Monday. The flat-rate shipping fee within Sweden is at least 49 SEK, or more if you select an alternative shipping method. For purchases over 500 SEK, shipping is free. However, please note that if a return causes the total purchase amount to fall below 500 SEK, a shipping fee of 49 SEK will be charged. Orders are shipped via PostNord, DHL, or Schenker.
When your package arrives at the pickup location, a notification will be sent via letter, email, or SMS to the mobile number you provided at checkout, and the package will be available for 14 days from the arrival date.
We now offer international shipping! For orders under 499 SEK, a shipping fee of 99 SEK will apply. If there are any delivery delays (without prior notification of an extended delivery time), please contact us at the email address below.

For unclaimed orders, the customer will be charged a fee of 150 SEK. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If the delivery is returned due to an incorrect address or if the customer’s name is not on the mailbox and c/o is not specified, the customer will need to pay a new shipping fee for a second delivery attempt.
