Return information

Returns of products can be made within 14 days from when the customer has received the product.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used, within approximately 14 days of us receiving the return.

Please note that if the original order had free shipping due to a purchase over SEK 499, but after the return the total amount falls below SEK 499, you will be charged a standard shipping cost of SEK 49.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping, which is a standard fee of SEK 49.

For complaints: Complaints can be made if there is a defect in the product. Initially the product will be replaced with a comparable item, but in some cases (eg when no more products of that type are available) a refund will be issued. If there is a defect in the product, your return shipping cost will also be covered. For complaints, please email customer service .selinasisters @gmail .com before returning the item.

Once you have submitted your return request, you will receive a return label via email. You should attach it to the package and hand it in at any PostNord agent. The email will contain a QR code that your postal agent can use to print a return label.

For your return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags still attached and any loose parts that came with it. Be sure to pack the item properly for return shipping.
