All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT; for books, prices include 6% VAT. The online shop has a currency conversion function. When paying by card, the amount for each order is reserved only on the customer's card and is only debited when the order is ready to be shipped.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a right of cancellation of 14 days that applies from the time you have received a product that you have ordered.
5.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal:
You must inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase. You do this via the returns page here. Once you have registered your return, you will receive a return label via e-mail that you print and attach to the package you wish to return. You also get a QR code that you can show to the postal agent, who can then print the return label for you. You can read return information and conditions here (click the link). You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your right of withdrawal. The cost of return freight is always SEK 49. You are responsible for delivery and shipping of the products upon return, and the products should therefore be sent well packed and in their original packaging. Regarding the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value in relation to the original value of the item if it is used or damaged.
