Facebook and Instagram: Contest Rules

Below you will find general terms and conditions for Butik Selina's Facebook and Instagram competitions.
By participating in the competition, you accept and agree to our Competition Terms and Conditions
the processing of personal data.

General rules regarding competitions on Facebook

1. The competition is organized by Butik Selina.
2. The competitions are in no way sponsored, promoted or administered by Facebook.
3. Your Facebook profile must be created in accordance with the Facebook Community Rules. Fake profiles may not participate in the competitions.
4. We reserve the right to remove and report submissions deemed illegal or otherwise ethically or morally objectionable.
5. By sharing your competition entry, you transfer the copyright regarding the entry to Butik Selina . This means, among other things, that all your rights to the grant cease and that Butik Selina may use the grant, without limitation in time, in any way, but only within Butik Selina 's normal operations and in accordance with Swedish law and good practice.
6. The winner is selected by a jury at Butik Selina . The jury selects the winner based on its contribution. The jury's decision cannot be appealed.
7. The winner is announced on the Facebook page of Butik Selina through a response to the winner's contribution.
8. The winner needs to contact Butik Selina within 14 days of the announcement of the winner. The prize is sent to the winner at Butik Selina's expense or redeemed at butikselina.se. Note! If the winner does not contact Butik Selina according to the set time, the jury is free to appoint another winner of the competition.
9. The prize is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
10. The prize/win cannot be withdrawn in cash and cannot be exchanged for other products at an equivalent price.
Any winning tax is paid by the winner.

Personal information

When we present the winner, the name of the winner will be announced on Butik Selina's social channels. The winner's contribution may also be presented on the channels when the winner is announced. We reserve the right to make any changes to competition conditions, typographical errors, and for technical errors or lost functionality where the problem lies with another supplier, e.g. Instagram and final sale of the item.
The winner's personal information will be shared with third parties if this is required for shipping the prize. We may save personal data about the winner up to 90 days after the winner has been selected. Butik Selina will not save to otherwise process your data in connection with your participation in Butik Selina 's competitions on Facebook or Instagram. We will therefore not use your information for the collection, registration, storage, processing or dissemination of your personal data.
